TACKLING WORKPLACE STRESS

Being in business brings pressures and strains which, when things are going well, can be both exhilarating and exciting. It is when the pressure becomes excessive that it can morph into workplace stress. Some of the signs of suffering workplace stress include not sleeping very well, being more erratic and volatile than usual, being less interested in things which were always your passion - mostly these key signs reflect substantial departures from your usual mood and demeanour.
